Batch update distribution list with list of users

Adds workspace users to one or more distribution lists

This call requires two body parameters:

• The userIds you want to add to distribution lists
• The distributionListIds of the lists you are adding users to

Note that this call does not remove any recipients from an existing distribution list; it only adds more users to one or more existing lists.
